Looked at the table with my technician. The A table (larger) doesn't home and faults when it doesn't see the switch. You can still jog it very slowly but you don't get any readings to know where it is. The B-Axis will work fine and I guess could be used other than you don't know where it is in relation to the A. I hope that makes sense.
Revised - we were able to get the a-axis to work. It needs to be zeroed out when powered on then homed. After that it works fine as shown in the video. https://youtu.be/5GXvXXT43eQ
